MSWA Platinum Club Trade Promotions - Terms and Conditions

1. MSWA conducts the MSWA Mega Home Lottery and MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery (bi-annually) and the MSWA Luxury Lottery and MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle (quarterly).

2. As a MSWA Platinum Club member:

3. You must be 18 years or over.

4. You authorise MSWA to automatically debit your nominated credit card prior to the launch of each MSWA Mega Home Lottery and/or MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery and/or MSWA Luxury Lottery and/or MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle for the number of tickets specified when registering, until further notice. This will occur for each of the MSWA Mega Home Lotteries ($100 per ticket), MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lotteries ($10 per ticket), MSWA Luxury Lotteries ($50 per ticket), and MSWA Multi-Choice Raffles ($3 per ticket) that you choose to include in your membership.

5. Once your credit card payment is approved then your ticket(s) will be emailed to your nominated email address (or postal address if no email was provided), which was provided at the time of registration. 

6. If the payment is declined, as a result of insufficient funds, expired credit card, a dispute or another reason MSWA cannot guarantee you a ticket(s) for the forthcoming MSWA Mega Home Lottery, MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery, MSWA Luxury Lottery or MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle. It is your responsibility to contact MSWA with an alternative payment method by calling MSWA on 1300 058 880.

7. Your nominated number of ticket(s) will be repeated in every lottery you have selected, until further notice or in the event of you contacting MSWA to cease your payments.

8. Your ticket(s) number is randomly selected, and ticket numbers cannot be pre-selected.

9. You can adjust the number of selected tickets for the MSWA Mega Home Lottery and/or MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery and/or MSWA Luxury Lottery and/or MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle without having to re-join by contacting MSWA on 1300 058 880 or [email protected] 

10. It is your responsibility to notify MSWA of any changes to your credit card and contact details by contacting MSWA on 1300 058 880 or [email protected] 

11. You can cancel or update your membership at any time by contacting MSWA on 1300 058 880 or [email protected] 

12. By cancelling your membership, you will be removed from any current or future Platinum Club prize draws.

13. The terms and conditions of the MSWA Mega Home Lottery, MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery, MSWA Luxury Lottery and MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle apply. To be eligible to win a prize, you may be required to hold a ticket in one of other lotteries.

14. MSWA are not authorised to process ticket refunds without the written approval from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor commission. This process may take several weeks. Refunds cannot be offered after the prize draws have begun.

15. MSWA reserves the right to adjust the number of lotteries/raffles run per year at their discretion, Platinum Club supporters will always be notified of any changes and provided the opportunity to opt out or cancel their memberships

Multi-Choice Raffle R150 MSWA Platinum Club Members Only Prize

Terms and Conditions

1. The name of this promotion is the “Multi-Choice Raffle R150 MSWA Platinum Club Members Only Prize”.
2. These terms and conditions, as published on the website www.mswaraffle.com.au and as amended from time to time (“Terms”), govern the terms of participation in the MSWA Multi Choice Raffle (“Lottery”) operated by MSWA LIMITED (ABN 75 638 080 972) (“MSWA”).
3. MSWA reserves the right to vary, suspend, or cancel the Lottery at any time, subject to obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals. If this occurs, MSWA will take all reasonable steps to notify participants via the official website and other appropriate communication channels. In the event of suspension, MSWA will immediately cease ticket sales noting all tickets purchased prior to suspension remain valid pending regulatory directions. If the Lottery resumes, MSWA will provide notice of a new draw date and any variations to these Terms. In the event of cancellation prior to the Lottery being drawn, MSWA will facilitate full ticket refunds for any eligible tickets in accordance with regulatory directions

Entry and Participants  

4. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
5. The following people and all who reside at their same residential address are prohibited from entering the Lottery: 

   1. MSWA Board Members; 

   2. MSWA Executive Team Members;

   3. MSWA Head of Departments;

   4. MSWA Marketing Team Members;

   5. MSWA Information Systems Team, Project Management Office and Ticket Fulfilment Staff;

   6. Directors and employees of organisations associated with lottery auditing and draw procedures; and

   7. Any staff member who works on the MSWA Account from MSWA’s associated agencies (individually and together, “MSWA Affiliated Person”).

   8. Any staff member whose regular workspace or assigned duties are in close physical proximity to the Lotteries Team or any team responsible for processing, fulfilling or managing lottery operations. This includes, for examples, employees in shared office area adjacent to the call centre or fulfilment areas

6. Participants must not be under the age of 18 years (“Underage Participant”).

7. Participants must not be residing outside of Australia at the time of purchasing any ticket, unless they are able to provide proof of an Australian address and/or Australian bank account. (“Internationally Based Participant”).   

8. Due to legislation surrounding foreign investment including in respect to the transfer of land, participants must be Australian permanent residents or Australian citizens.  As such, participants must not be classified as a “foreign person” as defined in section 4 of the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act 1975 (Cth) (“Foreign Resident”).

9. Entries into the draw will be accepted from Monday, 30 March 2026 until the promotion closes at midnight on Sunday, 28 June 2026.

10. The prizes will be drawn on Tuesday, 30 June 2026.

11. If all tickets in the MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle are sold before midnight, Wednesday 17 June 2026, then the MSWA Platinum Club Prize will be drawn on Friday 19 June 2026.

12. To be eligible for the prize, MSWA Platinum Club members must have a ticket in the current Lottery (MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle R150) and include MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle in their MSWA Platinum Club membership at the time of the draw close on Sunday, 28 June 2026.

13. By purchasing a ticket in the MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle, participants will be deemed to have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the lottery, which can be found at https://mswaraffle.com.au/terms-and-conditions

14. For the purpose of the prize draw, all valid entries will be entered into a computerised database. 

15. The winners will be determined by a computerised random number generator which has been approved by the Gaming and Wagering Commission. 

Participant’s Information 

16. Name changes on tickets are not permitted, and therefore the onus is on the participant to ensure that they provide the correct information to MSWA upon the purchase of each ticket.

17. All participants must ensure their postal address is up to date when purchasing a ticket as address changes may not be possible or accommodated following the prize draws.

18. The records held by MSWA, as provided by the participant, shall be deemed as correct and final.
    
     

Prizes

19. Due to state specific legislation, if a participant wins a cash prize and they are located in or a resident of the State of Victoria, MSWA will arrange for the winner to be provided with the equivalent value in gold bullion instead of cash.
20. There is one prize. The winner will have the choice of 

    1. Kia Picanto hatch GT-Line (RRP 25,495) 

       Or

    2. $20,000 cash
21. To claim prizes, ticket purchasers agree to provide to MSWA, upon request, proof of:

    1. identity, including a 100-point identification check; 

    2. an Australian address; and / or

    3. an Australian bank account (where the prize is cash or cash equivalent).

Prize Specifics

22. Prize winners will be notified by telephone and email by a representative of MSWA after the prize draw.
23. The winner will have 48 hours to make their decision.
24. Prize winners’ names will be announced on the MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle website www.mswaraffle.com.au within 48 hours of confirming the winner.
25. If Prize winners choose not to accept their prize, MSWA reserves the right not to draw another winner.
26. It will be the prize winners’ responsibility to redeem the prize from the promoter.
27. The prize must be taken as supplied and it is not transferable. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
